Robert Hall

Robert studied architecture at the University of Liverpool graduating in 2002, and gained his Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture in 2006. He was nominated for the RIBA President’s Medal in 2002 and was awarded the Sikorski Prize for Interior Design from the University of Liverpool in the same year. As a Part I student he spent two years working for Manchester based practice AFL Architects.

Robert took up a position with Foster + Partners in 2002 and initially worked on the redevelopment of HM Treasury and HM Custom and Revenue Headquarters in Whitehall, London.  Robert next worked on two schemes for the More London Development: Completed in August 2006, 3 More London Riverside comprises 40,000m2 of office space and a dramatic atrium for law firm Norton Rose. He was responsible for a number of design packages, including structure, services, cladding and waterproofing.

In 2007 Robert became project architect on 7 More London. Completed in 2010 the scheme provides 50,000m2 of office space for PricewaterhouseCoopers with retail units at street level, and was the first office building to achieve a BREEAM rating of “OUTSTANDING” in UK.  Robert managed a team of eight architects on site and saw the project through from its inception to shell and core completion . He was promoted Associate in 2006 and Associate Partner in 2008. Subsequent schemes at F+P include the Hainan Golf Club in China, where he oversaw the concept design of a new club house.

Robert joined MAKE in May 2010 and commenced work on the 5 Broadgate project. Responsible for a number of design packages, Robert has become a key member of the large design team.

Robert joined elips design in September 2014 as director.

This synergy created Pardini Hall.
