Elisa Pardini on the LOOP Design Awards 2027 Jury

Elisa Pardini has been invited to join the jury of the LOOP Design Awards 2027.

LOOP is an international awards programme based in Lisbon, covering architecture, interiors, landscape, product design and architectural photography. The 2027 jury is a group of twelve. Alongside architects — Nicholas Reddon of Bjarke Ingels Group, Antoine Chaaya of Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Nathalie Eldan of Atelier NEA, Luciano Landaeta of BURBANO — it includes five architectural photographers and Guta Moura Guedes, president of experimentadesign.

That mix is the interesting part. Photographers spend their working lives deciding which buildings photograph well, which is not the same question as which buildings work. Having both in the room should make for a harder conversation about what the images are actually showing.
