Per soddisfare le diverse esigenze di questo cliente, questa graziosa scuderia ha richiesto una ristrutturazione completa.
L’elemento di collegamento è una scala multiuso, che si sviluppa su tre piani, dividendo naturalmente lo spazio che a sua volta è stato completamente aperto.
Il layout rielaborato e l’aggiunta di lucernari, consentono l’ingresso della luce naturale. Inoltre, abbiamo lavorato con il lighting designer Viabizzuno per massimizzare l’illuminazione artificiale della proprietà e garantire che questa fosse una caratteristica straordinaria.
Mentre lo spazio aperto consente una vita confortevole e familiare, un’area studio al piano terra può essere chiusa utilizzando un pannello scorrevole intelligente, per separare comodamente il lavoro e la vita domestica secondo necessità.
Al primo piano, attraverso una libreria integrata nella scala, la zona è suddivisa tra cucina nascosta da un pannello scorrevole tappezzato, sala da pranzo e zona giorno. L’uso di una libreria a giorno consente alla luce naturale di inondare tutta la planimetria attraverso il lucernario al secondo piano sopra la scala.
Abbiamo mantenuto intatta la facciata dell’edificio per preservare l’integrità della strada.
